Terms of Use:

1. You agree to receive coupons, discounts, and other communications from NewParent.com and its’ sponsors.

2. You agree to the NewParent.com Terms of Service

3. If selected by NewParent.com to review product, you agree to test the product as outlined by NewParent.com and the manufacturer. Upon receiving the product, you agree to test and submit the review in a timely manner, or by the date agreed upon by you and New Parent. Upon receiving the product, you acknowledge that you may keep the product, at no expense to you, in exchange for submitting a product review as outlined by New Parent. Failure to submit a product review will result in termination from the program, as well as the right of New Parent and its’ sponsors/manufacturer to recover the cost of the product received under the fullest extent of the law. If you are unable to submit a review for a product you have received as part of the Resident Mom program, you agree to return the product, at your expense, to New Parent or the manufacturer. Failure to do so will be considered a theft, and New Parent and/or the product manufacturer will have the right to recover the product under the fullest extent of the law. You agree to reimburse New Parent and the manufacturer for all its’ reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by it arising from such breach.
