Hello, cold treats! These yogurt-based snacks are more nutritious than popsicles. Leave out the nuts, and they make perfect teethers for babies. Note: If food allergies run in your family, the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends avoiding nuts until your child is age 3 or older.
Ingredients
3/4 cup finely chopped nuts
6 cups fruit yogurt
12 popsicle sticks
Directions
Spoon 1 tablespoon nuts in the bottom of each cup in a 12-cup muffin tin. Add 1/2 cup yogurt to each muffin cup, then a popsicle stick. Freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
Makes 12 pops
