Pregnancy Do’s and Don’ts




• Always wear a seatbelt. The lap strap should go under your belly, across your hips. The shoulder strap should go between your breasts and to the side of your belly. Make sure it fits snuggly.

• Join a childbirth or parenting class.

Steer clear of these pregnancy no-nos to help keep you and your baby safe and healthy.

  1. I’ve heard that soft cheeses / blue cheeses are to be avoided also as well as npasteurized milk… egg yolks…

    I’ve had three pregnancies, and I’ve found that multivitamins and a balanced diet really helped keep weird food cravings to a minimum!
