Morning Sickness Keeping You Down?
by Liz Turner

According to a new study conducted at five U.S. hospitals, a drug-free treatment designed to combat motion sickness can also help with mild to moderate morning sickness. The ReliefBand looks like a simple sports watch, but its built-in electronic sensor works much like acupressure: It gently stimulates nerve endings in your wrist to relieve nausea. Doctors caution that the wristband doesn't work for everyone and that some anti-nausea drugs can still be a good option. But if you want a different approach to tackling mild or moderate morning sickness, you can get ReliefBand for about $80 at online pharmacies such as drugstore.com and scrippharmacy.com. For more severe morning sickness, you'll need a different model - and a doctor's prescription.
