How to Tell If You’re Having a Girl or Boy

If, when you suspend and swing a gold ring over a pregnant belly, it moves side to side, it’s a boy. If it moves in a circle, it’s a girl. (This one is told either way, actually.)

    I carry high and it is a boy. I have always heard that it depends on the “look” of the belly; girls have width and boys are more pointed.

    I had looked up old wives tales such as these before (couldn’t wait) and found the one about the wedding ring. I figured it was inexpensive and nonevasive so I tried it. I was amazed that the ring even moved on me (in a circle, girl)and it did not move on my husband (not pregnant), so I had to try it on my 3 friends who were pregnant too. The one who had a boy last week indicated a boy, the one due to have a girl next week indicated a girl, and my other friend indicated a boy but she is a few weeks behind me so we won’t know how accurate hers was for a few weeks, but I get my ultrasound tomorrow~ so far in my experience it is as accurate as the doctors, does anyone else have experience with this test?

    I have twin girls who are 10 mths n i did the ring thing and it showed i was to have 2 girls and then a boy i wont find out for another 4 wks but im really hopin its true.

    The ring thing was done to me and was told I would have twin girls. Turns out that I am actually having a single birth. Maybe having a girl will be correct:)

    dr. did heart beat and said she was 80% it was a girl. then said because the baby was so low 50% she was sure it was a girl. friend got on the internet to see, some chinese way said girl as did other wives tales they looked up. well, all where wrong including the dr. we r having a boy

    HAVE EITHER A POINTED HAIRLINE OR A ROUNDED HAIRLINE ( MEANING THE HAIR POINTS DOWN OR CURVES ( IE ROUNDED ) YOU LOOK AT A

    WOMANS HAIR LINE TO DETERMINE THE SEX OF HER 1ST CHILD & THEN YOU CAN LOOK AT THAT CHILDS HAIRLINE BOY OR GIRL, TO DETERMINE

    HER NEXT CHILDS SEX & SO ON & ONLY IF ITS A GIRL CHILD HER HAIR LINE INDICATES WHAT SEX HER 1ST BORN WILL BE , NOW FOR EXAMPLE

    I HAVE A POINTED HAIRLINE AS MY DAD ALWAYS TOLD ME ID HAVE A DAUGHTER 1ST & I DID & MY DAD CAN GO BACK THRU THE FAMILY &

    LINE IS ROUNDED IT MEANS A BOY FOR YOU & FOR YOUR MOTHER SO YOUD HAVE A YOUNGER BROTHER RT UNDER YOU & YOUR 1ST CHILD WOULD BE A

    BOY SO THATS HOW IT WORKS & CAN BE PROVEN ((( *** HOW EVER IF THERE IS ANY ABORTION OR MISCARRIAGES IT WILL NOT WORK & IT

    WORTH A SHOT ISNT IT ? IN 40 YRS IVE SEEN MY DAD GET IT WRONG 1 TIME & REASON WAS CAUSE SHE HAD HAD A MISCARRIAGE , MY DAUGHTER

    WAS PREDICTED ALONG W/ MY HALF SISTER & THEN BOTH OF MY SONS & SAME W/ MY SISTER & MANY OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS , I AM ANXIOUS TO

    SEE WHAT MY DAUGHTERS BABY S HAIRLINE WILL SHOW & WHAT HER 1ST CHILD WILL BE & MY DAUGHTERS NEXT CHILD WHICH IS ALWAYS THE SAME

    It has been scientifically proven that the woman’s egg release determines if they will have multiples or not and the man’s sperm determines if the baby will be a boy or girl….don’t see how your hairline has anything to do with it…

    That is AWESOME!! I love it…..I just checked my two youngest and my husband and it was 100% CORRECT!! I plan to check my oldest when he gets off the bus!!!

    When I had my daughter I had no morning sickness no acne no symptoms at all not even cravings just pain from her kicking my ribs and what not. my 2 best friends are having boys… they both had morning sickness til they were 6 months pregnant and got acne and one is carrying high and one is carrying low. I am 13 weeks pregnant and I have horrible morning sickness bad acne and all kinds of symptoms, heartburn, gas constipation you name it and I probably have it… so idk really… just hope I have a boy…
