This month we salute: CHUTES AND LADDERS

For Ages: 3-6

This is the perfect game for pre-schoolers. The rules are simple and easy, with colorful illustrations that indicate when a toddler should “climb up” or “slide down” the chutes and ladders. It’s also a great way to demonstrate reward and consequences, since the illustrated children on the board who do good deeds go “up” the ladder, and “naughty” kids slide down. It also addresses early math concepts, since the spinner included in the game only has single digits.
