This 44 lb. baby lives in Tehran and was apparently normal weight when he was born! We were gonna say…ouch!

    I read the original news article, apparently he is only breast fed. Don’t always judge by the little blips you get on the internet. I watched a medical program about a little one like this. It can be a hormone issue or pituitary gland thing. I feel sorry for the little one and hopefully they can find out what’s wrong before it does permanent damage.
