Staying hydrated is key to helping you quell your morning sickness. Try sipping on a sports drink like Gatorade or Powerade. The sugars will help fill you and the electrolyes will keep you hydrated. Sip slowly and don’t drink so much that your stomach feels too full.

  1. I switched to gummie prenatal vitamins and that helped my morning sickness. I also wear seabands.
    Wristbands with buttons for accupressure that help nausea. Works great!
