5 Morning Sickness Remedies




2. Saltines
Often, morning sickness is made worse by an empty stomach. But the trouble is filling that stomach and making it stay in. Saltines are a magic cracker. When everything else threatens to come back up, saltines stay in your stomach. Try nibbling 2-3 saltines when you first wake up in the morning. Then lay in bed for 20-30 more minutes before getting up.

  1. I switched to gummie prenatal vitamins and that helped my morning sickness. I also wear seabands.
    Wristbands with buttons for accupressure that help nausea. Works great!
