My daughter has had a virusfor the past week, which caused horrible diarrhea. Now she has terrible diaper rash from it. What is the best thing to use on her bottom??

Ever since my daughter turned one she gets these pimple like bumps on her thighs, is it folliculitis? It worries me!

My three year old has been fully toilet trained for 7 or 8 months now but lately has begun to willingly poo in his pants. He does not cry or get upset or angry,and there have been no major changes in our life recently. His teacher did say one day he was misbehaving. (note: We live in Spain and the children are at school very young, but he is nearly at the end of his first year now)
