  1. Well truly it depends on the child. I know that when my little girl hit about 5-6 months she would get upset with the slow flow of the milk. So we went to the next stage of nipples and she was a happier camper. (Course she made a little more of a mess, but that got better with practice.)Introduce the II bottles and see how they do and go from there. Keep introducing them and soon the little one will be a pro!

  2. I had to buy the fast flow nipples around 4 months. I could tell that they needed them because they would get frustrated with how slow they were getting the milk! Just try them and see how your baby does.. you will be able to tell if they are ready or not!

  3. I knew that my daughter needed a faster flow when it would take longer than usual for her to finish her bottle and she also would get frustrated and upset because she wasn’t getting the milk fast enough. Once I switched to the next level she was much happier. I would introduce the next stage and see how your little one does…but don’t introduce it when your little one is sleepy because it’s more milk at once than he/she is used to and you don’t want to surprise him/her with too much at one time when they are sleepy.
