  1. Watch out for increased thirst, decreased urination, rapid breathing, and weakness or dizziness. If your toddler suffers from any of these symptoms, contact your medical professional immediately.

  2. The worst sign of dehydration is when the skin of the abdomen is pinched it doesn’t immediately bounce back. This sign is the cue to go to the ER now. All other signs as stated in the first comment are good for an after hours doctor call.

  3. The first thing to watch for is if they are not peeing!

  4. I completley agree with Alicia. if the skin pigment turns white and stays white for a prolonged period of time, they are dehydrated.
