Sometimes when coming up with potential baby names, I’ll joke around with my husband about all the weird names we could give them. For example, with the last name of “Jones”, the name Indiana has come up on multiple occasions. But as soon as we flash forward to our future son’s first job interview, that joke goes right out the window.
So why are celebrities so fascinated with naming their children weird names? And because they’re famous, do they think the poor kid won’t get made fun of when he’s older? Do you think it should matter?

It’s because they don’t look into the future. They think it’s so cute now. Hmm….it actually isn’t even cute now. But imagine yourself as an adult and your name is Pirate? Or Apple?
