The first lady of France, Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, and husband President Nicolas Sarkozy, welcomed their first daughter together today in Paris.

Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, 43, gave birth at 8 p.m. to their daughter at Clinque de la Muette hospital, where she arrived earlier in the day.

Although Carla Bruni-Sarkozy and President Nicolas Sarkozy have not officially release their daughter’s name, The Telegraph is reporting that they named their daughter Dahlia.

The couple each have children from previous relationships: Carla Bruni-Sarkozy has a son, and President Nicolas Sarkozy, 56, has three sons.

Carla Bruni-Sarkozy and President Nicolas Sarkozy’s new daughter has already made history. She is the first child in modern history to be born to a French presidential couple in office. The last child born to an active French leader was to Napoleon in the 1800′s!

Congratulations…or should we say, Félicitations!

The Hollywood pregnancy rumor mill is starting again, and this time it looks like it might be right. Could Jessica Simpson be pregnant?

Jessica Simpson, who got engaged to Eric Johnson earlier this year, has been spotted out and about looking, ahem, how shall we put this…pregnant.

Most recently, Jessica Simpson was spotted at LAX airport with a baggy black top and what can only be described as a large baby bump. We’re guessing Jessica Simpson is around 6 or 7 months pregnant.

Adding more fuel to the fire is that Jessica Simpson, 31, and Eric Johnson, 32, have yet to set a wedding date. Could they be waiting until after the baby?

“We’re enjoying our commitment to each other,” Simpson said recently. “We want to take our time … We might elope if it gets to that point.”

There’s a new kid on the 90210 block, and it’s a girl!

Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott welcomed their third child, Hattie Margaret McDermott, on October 10.

Tori Spelling tweeted that their new bundle of joy was born at 7:08 a.m., and proudly displayed a picture of Hattie’s tiny feet (above).

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott had said they were keeping the sex of their child a surprise. Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott have two other children together, Stella, 3, and Liam, 4. Dean McDermott has another child Jack, 13, from a previous marriage.

Tori Spelling has been quoted as saying she would like 4 children, but during her pregnancy she told People that this might be her last.

Congrats to the happy family!
