A new paternity suit filed on Monday by 20-year-old California native Mariah Yeater claims that Justin Bieber, 17, is the father of her newborn baby. According to Yeater, she connected with Justin Bieber after an October 25 concert in Los Angeles last year and the two engaged in unprotected sex. The new mom now wants Justin Bieber to take a paternity test, according to court documents filed in Los Angeles. She is also asking for child support for the 3-month-old baby that she claims is Justin Bieber’s.
According to the complaint, Mariah Yeater claims that Justin Bieber’s security guard approached her after the concert and asked if she wanted to meet the pop star. She agreed. In the documents, she states:
“Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss.”Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone. I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time.”
Yeater claims the two had unprotected sex in a bathroom, and that it lasted approximately “30 seconds.”
Justin Bieber’s reps deny the claim, saying: “While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate, malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false claims…We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.”
While Yeater is suing Bieber, she could also unknowingly be opening herself up to a statuatory rape investigation, since she would have been 19 at the time of the alleged incident, and Justin Bieber would have been 16. California’s age of consent is 18.
Meanwhile, Justin Bieber tweeted that he wasn’t going to be paying attention to the new paternity lawsuit, saying: “…I’m going to ignore the rumors and focus on what is real. An opportunity to help by doing what I love. Judge me on the music!”
Justin Bieber will be performing on the MTV Europe Music Awards in Belfast on November 6.

I don’t know what to say. I want to believe that Justine wouldn’t do something like that(which he most likely didn’t), but what if she’s telling the truth(not likely)?
